In the event of non-payment, we have the right to return your waste to site.
If we provide a quotation without first inspecting the location.
We reserve the right to vary our quoted price if at the time of collection, the information you provided to us at the time of quotation was incomplete or inaccurate/
There are some items which carry additional surcharges, these include Fridges, fluorescent light tubes, TV’S, Monitors & Gas bottles. If any of these items are found within your waste, we have the right to charge extra for such items or to leave them onsite.
No hazardous waste will be collected from site unless it has been disclosed and planned for prior to collection.
Hazardous waste includes, but is not limited to, fridges, freezers, liquid waste of any description, paint, asbestos, gas bottles, food waste or clinical waste.
If we are unable to give a fixed price for a job, we will provide an estimated quotation to cover the best- and worst-case scenarios.
Our estimated time of arrival for collections may change and if they do a member of the team will keep the customer informed of any changes.
Payment is required on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur an additional charge.
You may cancel your collection at any time up until the collection service has started without any charge.
